After road testing a few industries and roles, Linda found her ‘fit’ in freight operations. She loved the down-to-earth nature of the people involved and the fast pace – building a career that eventually led to National Operations, then Sales Management roles. It was whilst in these roles that Linda met Marie in the search for great staff. They hit it off and developed a strong working relationship. Then in 1995, both embarked on a journey to build a successful niche recruitment agency to serve the freight and logistics industry.
These days, Linda oversees our team structure, training and business operation, often providing an advisory role to clients. She is actively involved in developing and coaching her people and identifying opportunities for Team to assist our clients with their own people.
