We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Coordinator on behalf of a small yet impactful international freight forwarder. This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients and track a high volume of orders across various transportation modes, with a primary focus on imports.

- Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
- Manage a significant number of live orders from several trade-lanes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Work with various transportation modes, with a primary focus on imports.
- Collaborate within a supportive team while having the autonomy to manage your responsibilities independently.
- Career development opportunities, including a pathway to Account Management
Required Work Experience:
- Previous experience in international freight forwarding is essential.
- Ideal candidates have held similar roles, but we are open to those with related experience, such as ocean operations at an intermediate level in international freight forwarding.
- Familiarity with Cargowise is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
