Client Services Coordinator - Import Shipments

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Coordinator on behalf of a small yet impactful international freight forwarder. This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients and track a high volume of orders across various transportation modes, with a primary focus on imports.

  • Manage a significant number of live orders from several trade-lanes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Required Work Experience:
  • Previous experience in international freight forwarding is essential.
  • Ideal candidates have held similar roles, but we are open to those with related experience, such as ocean operations at an intermediate level in international freight forwarding.
  • Familiarity with Cargowise is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
