- Owning the PM shift (3pm – 11pm) – Taking over from the daytime team to maintain flawless service levels.
- Leading a team of three – Motivating, coaching, and setting the standard for excellence.
- Driving order fulfilment – Fast, accurate, and always ahead of the curve.
- Enhancing systems & reporting – You’ll be working with Salesforce and integrated automations.
- Raising the bar – Seeking and implementing improvements to elevate customer service.
