Are you an experienced Export Air Freight Operator with a passion for handling time-critical, high-stakes and complex shipments? Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where precision and problem-solving are key?

Our client, a well-established international freight forwarder, is looking for a highly skilled freight professional to join their Specialised Freight Solutions Team. This team manages a range of critical and complex logistics operations, including:
  • Air freight solutions for critical aviation needs
  • Urgent and sensitive cargo handling
  • End-to-end project freight management
  • Oversized and heavy cargo transport
  • Freight solutions for events and specialised industries

The Role:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering tailored freight solutions, liaising with overseas agents, monitoring shipments, and ensuring seamless execution of urgent and complex consignments. You’ll work closely with clients to provide real-time updates, maintain data accuracy, and uphold service KPIs. Your expertise in air freight exports will be key in proactively identifying and resolving challenges, while also managing pricing, invoicing, and client relationships. Occasional site visits and after-hours coordination may be required to align with international trade lanes.
