Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics? We are seeking a proactive Export Coordinator to join a thriving export business specialising in supplying FMCG to the Pacific Islands. This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit, supportive team and make a tangible impact in the logistics and supply chain space.

About the Role:
As the Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing export shipments, ensuring all documentation and processes are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards. You'll also provide critical support to the sales team by maintaining and updating price lists, contributing to the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate export documentation, including entries, health certificates, invoices, and other essential paperwork.
  • Ensure all orders are completed and shipped on time, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Update and maintain pricing information, product files, and customer details.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and freight consolidators to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle ad hoc duties and support the logistics team as required.

About You:
  • Experience handling export documentation for a NZ exporter.
  • Proficiency in using Prodoc or similar logistics operating systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
