We're looking for a passionate Health & Safety Advisor who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, build strong systems, and make a real impact—both in-office and out on the road.
Reporting to a seasoned Health & Safety leader with deep industry knowledge, this role has been designed with succession planning in mind.
After an initial onboarding and systems bedding-in period, you'll transition into more field-based work.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting incident investigations and creating thorough reports
Completing site risk assessments
Embedding SOPs from customers and suppliers into internal systems
Ensuring solid compliance practices and ongoing risk management
Supporting with admin and documentation, keeping everything sharp and audit-ready
What You’ll Bring:
We're open to experienced professionals and those earlier in their H&S careers—as long as you have the right mindset and drive.
Experience in Health & Safety and compliance
Excellent communication skills – from frontline teams to the boardroom
Strong admin and documentation skills
Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Nice to Have:
H&S qualifications (Level 3 or 4 preferred)
Background in road transport (ideal), or other high-risk sectors like logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing
