The company: A well established New Zealand owned International Freight Forwarding company who are very successful in there own right. Providing excellent service offerings to there clients across the entire supply chain.

The role: We are seeking an Import Customer Services  Representative to manage a portfolio of clients.

Skills & responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of import clients, building strong relationships
  • Quoting
  • Placing overseas orders, negotiating space
  • Tracing shipments
  • Customer reporting 
  • Client visits 
Working in a team of 7 client services representatives, there is always on going support within the team, the client services manager is also someone you would enjoy working with.

You will need to have experience in International Freight Forwarding, preferably in import customer service.  If you are looking for a stable business that has a great team culture this could be a great move for you..
