Duties include:
- Overseeing a portfolio of clients
- Liaising with overseas offices
- Order placement and tracking
- Liaising with overseas agents
- Coordinating shipments through to delivery
- Customer reporting
- 3+ years customer service or import operations experience specifically in international freight forwarding
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Cargowise would be ideal
