You’ll join a motivated bunch, keen to put in place supporting structure and process to carry the business forward over the next 50 years!
The Role
This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a sales leader who thrives on high levels of ownership and is looking to really make an impact while working under a collaborative MD. You’ll lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies that drive long term revenue and margin growth. Responsible for a national sales team of 6, a marketing team of 2, you’ll guide the business as a member of the SLT. Your key focus will be on salesforce effectiveness and ensuring sales and marketing deliver results while working in song with Operations.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience leading a high performance sales team in a B2B product sales environment
- An open mind, collaborate style and positive energy
- Examples of GTM strategy development
- Examples of effective change implementation at a business level
- Engaging personality and a want to deliver for customers
- Background in signage or print will be advantageous but not needed
